Mark Ronson, the renowned Oscar and Grammy winner, has expressed his interest in becoming the DJ for Taylor Swift's upcoming wedding, and he's not holding back! In a recent interview on BBC Radio 2's The Scott Mills Breakfast Show, Ronson revealed that he's keeping his schedule open for the big day.
But here's where it gets intriguing: Ronson already had the chance to showcase his skills at another star-studded wedding - that of Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco, who are close friends with Swift. He even joked that he might not have done a great job promoting his services, as he didn't spot Swift on the dance floor!
Ronson's connection to Blanco goes way back, with the two having known each other for over a decade. When Blanco got engaged, he asked Ronson to perform a 90s DJ set at his wedding, which the music producer happily obliged.
And this is the part most people miss: Swift and Kelce's engagement story is just as captivating. Kelce, a Kansas City Chiefs tight end, proposed to Swift in his backyard, transforming it into a romantic flower garden. The couple announced their engagement on social media with a heartwarming caption, "Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married."
During her press tour for The Life of a Showgirl, Swift has opened up about Kelce's proposal, describing it as a 10 out of 10 surprise.
So, will Ronson's unique musical talents be on display at Swift's wedding? Only time will tell, but one thing's for sure: the wedding of these two superstars is shaping up to be an event like no other.
